Family Paralegal - Newbury
Salary: £25,000-£27,000
An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing Family Law team in Newbury. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 1-2 years' experience in family law who is looking to build their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will assist fee earners on a broad range of private family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Private children matters
Key Responsibilities
* Managing case files from instruction through to completion
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting legal research
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
* Providing administrative and case support throughout
About You
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Family Paralegal or within a family law team
* Strong understanding of family law procedures
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communication and client care skills
