Salary: £31,930 to £36,878 per annum (pro rata) - DOE & Qualifications

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing sixth form setting dedicated to delivering outstanding A-Level teaching to students aged 16-18
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality A-Level Psychology lessons.
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
* Contribute to curriculum planning and development.
* Provide timely assessment and feedback to support student progress.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and attainment.
* Support enrichment activities such as trips, guest speakers, or events.
* Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity policies.
* Participate in performance reviews and continuous professional development.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to departmental success.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
* Degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
* Certificate in Education or equivalent (or working towards).
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - Grade A-C.
* Experience teaching A-Level Psychology in a Sixth Form or Further Education setting.
* Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage 16-18 learners.
* Commitment to continuous professional growth and reflective practice.
Desirable:
* Experience in delivering enrichment and extracurricular activities.
* Up-to-date knowledge of A-Level curriculum and exam board requirements.
