We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor who will lead the helpdesk team providing support services to the Operations Manager and Site Management Team, ensuring that all aspects of the helpdesk/administration function are undertaken in a professional manner inline with the site contractual requirements.
As the Helpdesk Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise daily operations of the helpdesk to ensure all reactive calls from internal users are logged accurately and with the correct priority as per project agreement.
* To manage the production and issue of all PPM activities via onsite CAFM system.
* To ensure all contract reporting and supporting evidence from the helpdesk is delivered in accordance with the Project Agreement.
* Assist with the monitoring of the payment mechanism deductions and monthly failure report
* To assist in the monitoring of staff training and keep records accurately updated.
* To be responsible for satisfactory timekeeping, shifts or attendance of Helpdesk team members for contracted hours and to carry out performance reviews for the Helpdesk team.
We are looking for:
* Proficient IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages.
* Evidence of forming and maintaining good stakeholder relationships.
* Previous experience within facilities services.
* Previous experience within a supervisor role is desirable.
* Previous experience working with CAFM systems is desirable.
* Be able to work within a team and provide support where required.
