The Package:
Competitive salary of £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, pricing, and product information
Prepare accurate quotes based on customer drawings, dimensions, and specifications
Process orders and manage the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
Liaise with internal production and dispatch teams to provide clients with regular order updates
Ensure excellent aftercare by responding to queries and maintaining positive customer relationships
Build rapport with clients to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate records using our internal systems and ensure all customer interactions are documentedThe Person:
