Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time (0.4 WTE) Senior Administrator for its Adult Neurodevelopmental Service to provide administrative support to the service, practitioners, patients, and health and social care colleagues.
We are also looking to recruit a clinical lead psychologist for the Neurodevelopmental Team.
You will need to be an enthusiastic and resourceful individual, an excellent communicator who is well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should have a background in administrative support roles, be able to work under pressure, and enjoy working within a team environment.
Main duties of the job
* The smooth running of the Adult Neurodevelopmental Service (NDS) office through comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality secretarial and administrative services, collaborating with service admin and colleagues.
* To ensure efficient and appropriate administrative support to enable the NDS to provide the best clinical support possible to service users.
* This involves prioritizing and organizing the day-to-day workload while maintaining confidentiality of information across all duties.

Person Specification
Knowledge
* Essential: Five GCSEs Grade C or above, including English Language, RSA3, NVQ3, or equivalent experience.
* Desirable: A formal or recognized administrative qualification or training.
Experience
* Essential: Significant experience with PC/word processing, senior administrative roles, supervising and appraising administrative staff, and good knowledge of administrative processes such as electronic filing and document formatting.
* Desirable: Experience handling confidential information.
