Responsibilities
* Support the development and delivery of the global brand strategy to drive international growth
* Help activate and maximise the long‑term Ironman® partnership to build brand awareness and engagement
* Partner with local markets to review performance, assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise
* Contribute to the development and execution of integrated, end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across channels
* Use consumer, shopper and market insights to strengthen brand strategies and monitor industry trends
* Collaborate with Innovation and Portfolio teams to support new product development and successful launches
* Manage product content and imagery within Salsify, ensuring consistency and accuracy across digital touchpoints
* Partner with digital and e‑commerce teams to enhance online brand presence
* Support budget management, tracking and reporting of A&P investment
* Champion Bulldog Skincare internally, maintaining strong brand guardianship with a consumer‑first mindset
Qualifications
* Proven brand management experience across the full marketing mix
* Experience delivering marketing campaigns and managing agencies, from briefing through to execution and evaluation
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and local teams
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
* Commercial awareness, including budget management and understanding of product costing
* A balance of creative thinking and analytical capability
* Experience with digital‑first campaigns is beneficial
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage
