The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue, managing and developing the sales team, and building high-level client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Setting clear KPIs and managing performance
• Developing strategic sales plans across print, digital and sponsorship
• Personally securing high-value accounts and key partnerships
• Identifying new commercial opportunities within the construction sector
• Overseeing pipeline management and forecasting
• Supporting recruitment, training and development of sales staff
• Working closely with editorial and leadership to align commercial and content strategy
This role combines hands-on selling with leadership and growth planning.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a driven, commercially minded leader who can combine sales ability with team development.
You should have:
• Proven sales experience, ideally within media, advertising or B2B
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team

Construction sector knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
