Your Role as Sports Coach: Deliver engaging sports sessions and activities that promote teamwork and physical development. Support students in developing skills, confidence, and a love for sport. Manage behaviour effectively and maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Work closely with teaching staff to integrate sports into the wider curriculum. Uphold school policies and encourage respect and participation. What You’ll Need as Sports Coach: Experience working with young people in sports or educational settings. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, flexible attitude and genuine enthusiasm for sport and education. Relevant qualifications in sports coaching or a related field (desirable but not essential).
