Sales Administrator

London | Hybrid Working ( 1/2 days in office)

Salary: £28k - £30k


A growing business is looking to hire a Sales Support Administrator to join their expanding team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within financial services, with full training provided. The role will support the sales team by processing documentation once deals have been approved and assisting with internal compliance monitoring.

This position would suit someone who is organised, detail-focused, and eager to develop within a professional environment.


The Role


* Supporting the day-to-day workflow of finance applications alongside brokers
* Coordinating documentation between clients, lenders, and internal teams
* Maintaining accurate client records and systems
* Assisting with the processing and completion of finance deals by liaising with lenders
* and partners
* Providing excellent customer service to clients and partners
* Helping improve operational efficiency and internal processes
* Supporting the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks


What We're Looking For


* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Ability to manage tasks independently
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Previous experience within financial services or a compliance-focused environment would be beneficial, but is not essential


No financial services experience is required - full training will be provided.


Working Hours

Monday to Friday

9:00am – 5:30pm


Location


Hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the office, based in London or Peterborough depending on the candidate’s location.
