As a Sales Assistant based in our Yate branch you’ll be responsible for:
1. Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
2. Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
3. Working within the warehouse - (This will involve manual handling heavy stock boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets)
4. Loading and unloading stock
5. Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location
6. Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
7. Basic stock control routines
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - and Saturday mornings on a rota basis -, paid as overtime.
