The Role You'll work closely with the Managing Director to take ownership of daily operations and support our growth. Your responsibilities will include: Organising and scheduling engineers for installations and maintenance work Overseeing tools, vehicles, materials, and supplier relationships Monitoring job progress and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Developing or refining internal processes (job documentation, checklists, compliance) Communicating with clients to coordinate access, approvals, and snagging resolution Assisting with the preparation of quotes or basic pricing as needed Handling general HR and administrative duties (timesheets, health & safety records, training updates) Ordering and scheduling materials, and managing inventory levels Keeping engineering training and compliance records up to date Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards Candidate Profile Experience in the Network Infrastructure Industry 3 years experience in an operational, scheduling, or logistics role Excellent organisation and communication skills Confidence working in a small team with hands-on responsibility Strong computer skills - spreadsheets, job tracking tools, Google/Office Experience working with engineers, suppliers, and customers A "get things done" mindset - calm under pressure, solution-focused Bonus if you have: Knowledge of job management tools (SimPRO, Joblogic, Workpal, BigChange, etc.) Health & Safety, ISO, or compliance background For further information on this vacancy please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves for a confidential discussion via Vanrath.
