Downstream Marketing Manager - Weight Management - Remote, London, UK
We are looking for an ambitious Downstream Marketing Manager to advance our client’s campaign to improve the lives of patients through effective weight management support technology (platform & app) across the UK, significantly boosting product sales and elevating brand presence.

Your Mission:
As the Downstream Marketing Manager, you will orchestrate direct-to-market programs targeting patients, NHS stakeholders and HCPs, enhancing educational outreach and maximising ROI through innovative social media strategies. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing lifecycle campaigns for our flagship products, from market analysis to competitive positioning and the execution of exemplary marketing and PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement multifaceted educational tools for the sales force, utilising a range of media to ensure engagement and comprehension.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine targeting strategies, cultivate physician advocates, and solicit feedback for product and marketing refinement.
* Craft and execute a robust publication and presentation strategy to bolster product visibility and awareness.
* Engage with internal teams, key opinion leaders, and physician customers to uncover and develop downstream marketing opportunities.
* Coordinate and contribute to company presence at scientific and industry conferences, ensuring our solutions are front and centre.
* Navigate project management within budget and timeline constraints, while staying attuned to market trends and competitive insights.
* Drive marketing and advertising campaigns, from strategy formulation to execution, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and corporate objectives.
* Maintain and replenish promotional materials, liaising with external agencies.
* Support sales through the provision of vital sales data, market trends, and new product information.
* Plan and coordinate trade shows and meetings in collaboration with sales to enhance market presence and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* A BA/BS degree is highly preferred, coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in product marketing within the medical, lifestyle technology domain, ideally in a start-up environment.
* Exceptional skills in positioning products in the market, underpinned by strong strategic, analytical, and project management capabilities.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a skill for building and maintaining professional relationships.
* A self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on and contribute across various aspects of our business.
* A willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
