Customer Service Administrator Flexsource NI part of Cpl Jobs, are delighted to be recruiting for our client a manufacturing facility in the Newry area for a Customer Service Administrator to cover for a maternity leave. Duties include; Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email Prepare quotations for new and existing customers Raise Internal Customer Manufacturing Orders (CMOs) paperwork and issue to Factory, with relevant instructions and drawings where appropriate. Work closely in support of external Sales Manager and internal Sales Staff in handling day to day enquiries, orders, queries etc Handle Customer queries/updates on order status and liaise with the production team Experience Required. We are looking for candidates with experience in a customer service role within an office environment.Someone confident at speaking with new and existing clients, taking information and giving out quotations with a strong attention to detail.Candidates would also need to have experience in using Microsoft outlook and Excel. This role is for a maternity cover with the potential depending on operational needs to become permanent.
