This role sits within our investment partnership compliance team, managing tax reporting for complex private equity and real estate funds. What your days will look like:
* Lead quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting smooth transitions of work into the compliance team.
* Provide tax technical guidance and contribute to technology development that enhances fund compliance processes, identifying consulting opportunities from compliance work.
* Partner with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.
This role is for you if:
* Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas:
o Partnership computations and returns
o Investor Reporting
o Experience with general partner corporate tax returns
o ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified (or international equivalent) – preferred, although individuals with relevant experience will be considered
o Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
o Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written
