Job Description
As the Client Services Host, you will be a customer experience professional and a warm, engaging presence.
You will welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
You will also ensure refreshment needs are met with style and professionalism, maintaining high standards.
Your passion for service will be evident in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet visitors professionally
* Set up meeting rooms as needed
* Perform general cleaning duties
* Assist with food plating and prep for external caterers
* Prepare barista-style coffee
* Handle cash transactions (Westminster site only)
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience in luxury hospitality (preferably 5-star or boutique venues)
* Strong barista skills; quality coffee-making will be tested
* Proven guest-focused approach with high service standards
* Willing to support varied tasks and assist the team
* Friendly, professional, adaptable attitude
