We are looking for a skilled Litigation and Disputes Lawyer to join our legal team and provide expert advice across various legal areas. In this role, you will advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and litigious matters, as well as draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts. You'll also design and deliver legal training materials to ensure our team is well-prepared and compliant. Working closely with external counsels, you will help ensure efficient and practical service delivery on complex cases.
Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably with experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing sectors. We're seeking someone with a commercial mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong project management abilities.
