The Role
A Sales Associate is a vital role within our stores, offering the opportunity to be part of a hardworking team, working closely with premium products, customers, and achieving daily targets.
Our goal is for customers to step into our store and experience the ‘Castore experience’. It’s your job to inform all customers about our products and drive service and sales within our stores.
This role is on a 16-hour contract per week.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
* Acting as an ambassador for the Castore brand.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
* Advising and assisting customers.
* Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty.
* Conducting customer transactions.
* Replenishing stock on shelves.
* Assisting with store deliveries.
* Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, e.g., in-store orders, e-receipts.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling products and add-on sales.
