Lead and supervise a team of Technicians and Mechanics during base maintenance checks. Ensure all maintenance documentation is completed accurately and promptly. Keep Bay Managers and Production Planners informed of progress and potential issues. Maintain high standards of hangar housekeeping and FOD prevention.
