Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
As an integral member of the team, the successful candidate will deliver a high standard of clinical care, demonstrating advanced knowledge, expertise, and decision-making skills in a Primary Care setting. Key responsibilities include:
1. Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients
2. Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations
The role requires a high degree of autonomy within professional boundaries, with the ANP responsible for managing their own clinical caseload. Our current model involves morning triage, self-booked appointments for the afternoon, and home visits as required during the day.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated ANP to join our supportive and friendly clinical team. This is a part-time position (2 to 4 days per week), with job share arrangements considered. The candidate should have:
* Proven experience in a Primary Care or similar setting
* Strong clinical decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Effective time management and ability to work independently
