Position: Production Scientist in a Pharmaceutical GMP Facility
We are collaborating with an international advanced pharmaceutical company to support a key hire within their growing sterile manufacturing facility.
This role is a hands-on production scientist position within a rapidly expanding area of pharmaceutical science, operating in a highly regulated GMP environment. The position offers a clear training and progression plan from day one, outlining pathways for career development and associated rewards in terms of both growth and remuneration.
As part of small teams, a flexible and adaptable approach is essential. The role involves shift work, including nights, so a flexible mindset is necessary.

Key Experience and Qualifications:
1. Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a Life Sciences subject
2. Previous regulated laboratory or production experience is highly advantageous
3. Knowledge of aseptic working environments (aseptic technique, sterility, etc.) is helpful
4. Understanding of GMP principles or ability to work according to strict regulated procedures
5. Willingness to work shifts, including nights
