Salary: £41,997 - £44,796, dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfill their potential and develop skills, knowledge, and behaviors for progression within the business.
2. Take professional pride and embrace continuous professional development to deliver innovative and impactful teaching, learning, and assessment.
3. Assess and monitor learner progress and performance in line with standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence.
4. Coach learners to reach their full potential through support, mentoring, and motivation throughout their learning journey.
5. Design and deliver learning content focused on vocational excellence, fostering innovative thinking and creative problem-solving through a blended learning approach.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Effective coaching and mentoring skills with an electrical background.
2. Fully qualified electrician.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with welfare, support, and safeguarding issues.
4. Organizational and time management skills.
