Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-04:30
Our client is currently seeking a cheerful and professional School Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis in Penarth.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm smile.
* Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
* Maintaining an organised reception area and managing incoming mail.
* Assisting in administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
* Providing information to students and parents about our programmes and services.
* Collaborating with staff to support daily school operations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational or charitable setting.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
* A genuine passion for supporting children.
