Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes including:
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Breach of contract claims
* Property and ToLATA disputes
* Boundary/neighbour disputes
* Defamation, harassment and nuisance claims
* Will and inheritance disputes
* Professional negligence
* Debt recovery, possession and insolvency matters
Responsibilities include:
* Managing files from instruction to resolution
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
* Advising clients on litigation and ADR strategies
* Ensuring CPR compliance and meeting court deadlines
* Attending hearings where appropriate
* Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
The Person
You will be:
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive/CILEX Lawyer
* Experienced in litigation with strong CPR knowledge
* Organised, client-focused and commercially aware
* A strong communicator with excellent drafting skills
