Role Responsibilities:What to Expect as a Nursery RoomLeader:
* Lead theplanning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculumin your room.
* Create a safe, stimulating, andinclusive learning environment forchildren.
* Foster a high-performing team throughsupportive leadership andcollaboration.
* Oversee the development andwellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked andcommunicated with parents.
* Take on the role ofKey Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal careneeds of a group of children.
* Ensure health andsafety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secureenvironment.
Required Qualifications:
IdealCandidate:
* Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.
* Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as aNursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or NurseryPractitioner.
* Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.
* Passionate about fostering children'sdevelopment and creating positive relationships withfamilies.
