Farrow & Ball - Senior People Partner - Wimborne, Dorset We have a new opportunity for an experience individual to join our People & Culture team in Wimborne, Dorset. We are offering this position on a full-time, permanent basis. The Senior People Partner plays a strategic and influential role in shaping the people and culture agenda across the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, this role provides expert guidance on leadership, organisational effectiveness, and people related decision making. The Senior People Partner drives continuous improvement, ensures alignment with P&C policies and principles, and supports the creation of a high performance culture. Operating effectively within a matrix environment, the role balances functional and business priorities while contributing to long term organisational success. What we expect from you Key Responsibilities: Support and challenge managers in business discussions, providing feedback on leadership effectiveness and the impact of management decisions. Ensure leaders operate in accordance with defined P&C policies, principles, and governance frameworks. Partner with leaders to build and sustain a performance driven culture. Collaborate closely with business leaders and teams within the assigned area of responsibility. Build strong, trust based relationships with Level 4 leaders, enabling open dialogue and strategic influence. Identify opportunities to improve or develop P&C processes and policies based on business insights and stakeholder interactions. Offer strategic perspectives and insights across all P&C areas to support organisational planning and decision making. Drive the implementation of the P&C agenda within the relevant business area. Work effectively within a matrix structure, ensuring alignment and collaboration across functions. Balance functional and business priorities, escalating issues when necessary to ensure progress and alignment. Key Attributes: Significant, proven experience in HR partnering or a similar senior advisory role. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people initiatives to business strategy. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Law, or related experience Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior management. Ability to translate P&C strategy into actionable plans and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Drives excellence in leadership behaviour, organisational culture, and people practices. Leads others through complex change with clarity, confidence, and strategic foresight. Anticipates organisational shifts and prepares leaders for future scenarios. Communicates with authority, clarity, and impact at senior levels. Influences decision making through compelling narratives, data driven insights, and strategic framing. Facilitates difficult conversations with confidence and diplomacy. Acts as a mentor to less experienced P&C colleagues, building capability across the function.
