A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of warehouse staff during the night shift, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet operational goals.
* Operational Efficiency: Monitor and optimise warehouse processes, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and safety compliance, to enhance productivity and minimise errors.
* Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyse shift performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
