Hours: 1950 hours per year. Working 5 out of 7 days a week, working at least 1 day over the weekend. Typical shift is 9am - 5pm (might be longer over Summer hours). Work over bank holidays, school holidays and weekends is required.
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
We're looking for someone who has back of house experience as you'll take charge of running the back of house staff within the kitchen environment. You'll be flexible, a team player, approachable and happy to cover when Manager is off.
