Senior Marketing Director
UK (Remote) – ideally commutable to London
We're partnering with a high-growth technology services business on a critical leadership hire; a Marketing Director to build and scale a truly revenue-generating marketing function.
This is not a brand-only role. This is about pipeline, opportunities, and commercial impact.
The Opportunity
You'll be the first senior marketing hire, tasked with building a modern demand generation engine from the ground up.
This role sits at the heart of the business working closely with leadership and sales to:
* Drive qualified pipeline and revenue
* Turn the website into a high-performing demand channel
* Build campaigns that create and capture demand
* Establish a scalable, data-driven marketing function
You'll have full ownership from positioning and messaging through to digital execution, performance, and analytics.
What You'll Focus On
* Owning end-to-end marketing strategy and execution
* Building a demand generation engine across digital, content, and paid channels
* Driving inbound opportunities via website optimisation (SEO, UX, conversion)
* Creating campaigns that generate real commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics
* Aligning closely with sales on pipeline targets and conversion
* Using AI tools and modern martech to scale content, campaigns, and insights
* Establishing clear KPIs across pipeline, CAC, and ROI
* Developing a clear, differentiated brand position that underpins growth
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through B2B marketing
* Strong background in technology services, consulting, or digital transformation
* Deep expertise in demand generation and digital performance marketing
* Experience making the website a core revenue channel
* Commercial mindset - you think in pipeline, not just campaigns
* Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output
* A builder - someone who has created or scaled marketing functions before
* Hands-on, but strategic - equally comfortable doing and leading
