About The Role

Based in a local service centre, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment within our range. Your duties will include identifying and documenting machine damage and maintaining accurate service and maintenance records.
You will work alongside colleagues as a great team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while following company procedures. Effective communication is essential to keep your Line Manager and Customers informed as needed.

To succeed as a Fitter, you should have:
* Prior experience in maintaining Plant and Tools
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Flexibility and self-motivation, with willingness to undertake training that may require staying away from home
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service
* Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail
