Role Overview
We are seeking an Commercial Engineer to join our dynamic team, looking after commercial sites such as :
* Colleges
* Schools
* Office blocks
* Walk-in NHS centres
* Warehousing
* (No Retail)
You would need to have building services background, covering the Midlands and East Midlands. The role offers ample opportunity for planned and reactive overtime to boost your earnings.
Key Details
* 40-hour work week (30 minutes lunch break, equating to an 8.5 hours per day)
* Overtime paid at 1.5x normal rate for any hours exceeding 8.5 per day.
* No on‑call rota.
