We are seeking a visionary and dynamic professional to lead transformative change initiatives, informed by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) standards, and embed a culture of continuous improvement that delivers enhanced outcomes for tenants and leaseholders. With responsibility for establishing a robust, high-quality landlord service, you will oversee service planning and implementation to meet statutory duties and respond effectively to resident needs. Accountable for setting and achieving ambitious objectives, standards, and performance measures, you will ensure delivery of Council priorities.
You will bring proven senior leadership experience and a strong track record of building effective partnerships across agencies. Skilled in driving integrated services that improve outcomes for tenants and leaseholders, you will lead multi-agency strategies that make a real difference. With sharp resource management, expertise in change leadership, and a relentless focus on performance and quality, you will deliver transformation that meets national and local targets.
In this role, you will lead the Council’s area housing landlord teams to provide consistently high-quality, value-for-money, compliant, and resident-focused operational housing services. Working under the direction of the Head of Service, you will contribute to strategic service development and coordinate operational delivery across area-based teams.
