Job Description
3. Manage the front desk and handle all visitor queries in a professional manner.
4. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
5. Maintain and update records and documentation as required.
6. Support the team with general administrative tasks.
7. Coordinate room bookings.
8. Ensure the reception area is always neat and welcoming.
9. Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence efficiently.
10. Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar role as a receptionist
12. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
14. Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
