Project Manager – Infrastructure
Location – Midlands Region (Regular travel is required)
What you will be doing
As Project Manager you will take full responsibility for ensuring works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards. This role involves extensive travel and some night shifts.
* Create and maintain a safely compliant working environment, ensuring full compliance with CDM and all relevant legislation.
* Lead the planning, preparation and delivery of the scheme throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Manage design engagement and collaborative workshops to achieve safe, buildable and efficient solutions.
* Select, onboard and lead high‑performing project teams and supply chain partners.
* Oversee commercial performance, managing cost, risk, change and profitability.
* Establish and manage site setup, temporary works and regulatory compliance prior to commencement.
* Drive innovation, continuous improvement and performance reporting.
* Lead, motivate and develop teams to ensure high‑quality delivery to programme, budget and scope.
