Role overview:
Accounts Receivable specialists are responsible for performing payment reconciliations and activities that ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled within the Medserv system. This involves responding and completing assigned tasks, monitoring incoming workflows and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
Primary duties:
* Reconcile both the accounts payable and receivable ledgers with available records
* Allocate and reconcile transactions where necessary
* Reconcile daily online transfers
* Resolve discrepancies and query aged transactions
* Assist with end of month processes and reports where required
* Maintain accurate records and meet processing deadline demands
* Liaise with providers and customers on transaction queries
Skills required:
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident in contacting external stakeholders with queries
* Effective Time management
* Strong Organisational skills
* Clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel
