Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

Our client is a growing law firm with a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality, supportive, and client-focused conveyancing service. With a rapidly expanding property team, they are now looking to bring on board a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1 year PQE to support their conveyancing operations and help shape the future of the department.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to grow with the business and progress into more senior roles, including Head of Department.
Are you the right person for the job?
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (minimum 1 year PQE)
Experience handling basic transfers, residential sales, and purchases
Knowledge or experience of probate and trust-related property sales
Ability to handle matters such as panel applications and transaction progression
Motivated to grow within the role, with a view to future senior positions (e.g. Head of Department)
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple caseloads
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Familiarity with conveyancing systems / legal software
What will your role look like?
Manage residential conveyancing files from opening through to post-completion
Handle sales, purchases, basic transfers, and probate sales
Manage trust property transactions (some experience in trust work desirable)
Assist in getting the company onto key mortgage lender panels
Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership to shape processes and improve efficiency
Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with SRA and AML requirements
Support business development efforts as the conveyancing team grows
Hybrid role: 2-3 days per week in the office (flexible for the right candidate)
