Are you a detail:oriented Finisher with a high standard of workmanship? We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join a new build housing site in Hessle for a contract role.
This is a critical position focused on the final stages of the build, ensuring every plot is handed over in show:home condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing final internal snagging lists to a high standard.
* Adjusting doors, ironmongery, and kitchen units.
* Fixing minor timber defects, skirting, and architrave touch:ups.
* Mastic/silicone application to kitchens and bathrooms.
* Ensuring all plots are customer:ready and defect:free.
* Working closely with the Site Manager to meet strict handover deadlines.
What Youll Need:
* Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).
* Proven experience in finishing and snagging on new build housing sites.
* A full suite of your own tools (including cordless kit and fine finishing tools).
* A keen eye for detail:you must be able to spot and fix the small things that others miss.
* Full PPE (Hard hat, high:vis, steel toe boots).
* Reliability and a professional manner when working on:site.
