We support hybrid working, allowing you to work remotely from various locations, including home, to provide the best service possible. We are seeking a highly motivated, resilient, and effective individual to join the West Early Help Leadership Team. You will lead, supervise, and manage a dynamic team of Early Help Practice Supervisors and Early Help Consultants. Collaborating closely with Senior Early Help Consultants and Group Managers in the East and Central Localities, you will work with colleagues across Harrogate and Craven Districts to ensure comprehensive support for teams offering services to children, young people, and their families. Additionally, you will assist partner agencies, such as schools, in fulfilling their obligations under the North Yorkshire Early Help Strategy. You will foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with practitioners and managers across Children and Families services. Your commitment to building robust partnerships with colleagues in Education and Inclusion services, schools, police, health agencies, and community organizations will be essential. Ready for a challenge, you will bring proven leadership and management skills, along with extensive knowledge and experience in Children’s Social Care and Early Help. Your approach will be systemic and strengths-based, focusing on relationship practice strategies. You will possess the skills to effectively manage and enhance performance outcomes to a high standard. North Yorkshire Children and Families Service has developed a highly effective Practice Model. You will lead your team in continuously improving their practice in Signs of Safety, Systemic approaches, and Family Finding/Seeing.
