VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large and well-known Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Officer to join their team based in Ballymena. This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5. Salary £31,495 per annum, plus benefits. Responsibilities: Coordinate, allocate, and monitor work to meet business objectives. Assist in risk assessment and monitor the performance of funded services. Arrange and attend meetings with stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies. Provide reports on service performance against key milestones and KPIs. Contribute to the development of new services and preparation of decision-making papers. Work with external partners to ensure high-quality, value-for-money services. Support continuous improvement and policy development. Supervise junior staff and participate in team meetings. The Ideal Person: Applicants must demonstrate experience in at least three of the following areas: Effective communication with statutory/voluntary agencies or stakeholder management. Service development or business improvement requiring negotiation skills. Conducting research, performance monitoring, and drafting reports. Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
