We are seeking a motivated individual to help deploy and support our AI-driven solutions for primary healthcare providers, starting in the UK and expanding internationally.
The ideal candidate will have experience implementing technology solutions within the UK primary care sector, particularly the NHS, and will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £60,000

Metadvice seeks a Deployment and Adoption Manager to oversee the rollout of our Clinical Decision Support and Population Analytics platforms, initially within NHS networks, with plans for global expansion.
You will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to lead implementation, monitor progress, and ensure a smooth deployment experience, focusing on client needs and continuous improvement.
Key skills include organizational skills, relationship management, healthcare experience, and knowledge of UK primary care technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deployment Management:
* Design and manage implementation projects to ensure successful deployment and benefits realization.
* Plan and execute technical deployment and integration with Practice EHR systems.
* Coordinate testing and configuration with practice and third-party staff.
* Monitor project progress and address issues proactively.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work with teams to understand and prioritize client requirements.
* Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates and support.
* Support full adoption post-deployment.
* Information Governance (IG):
* Assist practices with NHS information management and risk processes.
* Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer on privacy queries.
* Customer Feedback and Support:
* Provide ongoing technical support.
* Manage support requests and escalation.
* Maintain training materials and regulated documents.
* Documentation and Contract Management:
* Maintain records of interactions, approvals, and documentation.
* Ensure contracts are signed and in place.
* Act as CRM administrator.
* Technical Collaboration:
* Work with technical teams on system setup and configuration.
* Relay technical requirements for development.
