Location: Chelmsford Lead regulated care services with purpose and impact. At Helping Hands, we’re one of the UK’s leading providers of home care. We're now looking for an experienced and driven Area Care Manager to oversee a group of branches delivering both visiting and live-in care across a key region – including Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea, Enfield, Basildon, Brentwood, and surrounding towns. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in any regulated sector — such as home care, pharmacy, dentistry, optometry, or health services — who wants to lead at scale while making a meaningful difference. The Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll support and guide Branch Care Managers to deliver outstanding care and compliance across multiple locations. You’ll be accountable for operational performance, people development, quality, and growth – ensuring your services meet both CQC standards and Helping Hands' expectations. This is a field-based leadership role with regular travel across your area.
