Main duties:
To offer excellent customer service and support to clients
The role:
- Answer all customer enquiries via telephone
- Manage the inbox and answer emails in a timely manner
- Order processing and arranging deliveries
- Process invoices and take payment details
- Support the team with any administration duties as necessary
The candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous customer service experience – Preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated candidate and quick learner
- IT literate
