Job Purpose:
The Permanent Recruitment Consultant is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates into permanent roles with client companies. This role involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality service throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and business culture.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including:
o Job briefing and role profiling
o Advertising vacancies using various channels
o Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
o Screening and interviewing candidates
o Coordinating client interviews and providing feedback
o Managing job offers and negotiating terms
* Meet or exceed personal and team KPIs and revenue targets.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate network through proactive outreach and engagement.
* Deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates alike.
* Keep up to date with market trends, salary information, and competitor analysis.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.

* Proven experience in 360 recruitment (preferably permanent placements).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
