What you will do
* Proactively approach new and existing customers through telephone acquisition and follow up on leads.
* Contribute to optimizing and achieving commercial goals together with your team.
* Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
* Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
* Accurately record customer interactions and agreements in our CRM system.
* Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and report on commercial results.
* Work closely with account managers to optimize and further develop customer relationships.

What we offer you
Salary: Annual salary between £32.000 and £35.000 based on experience.
Holiday: 26 days' holiday + bank holidays.

Requirements
* A proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve commercial success.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in administration and follow-up.
* Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and English.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Affinity with the technical industry and/or electronic components is a plus.
