Key Responsibilities
Depending on the role, duties may include:
10. Preparing and cooking high-quality meals
11. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards
12. Assisting with menu preparation and stock control
13. Working effectively as part of a kitchen team
14. Ensuring all allergen and food safety procedures are followed
15. Supporting kitchens during busy service periods
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, applicants must have:
16. Previous chef or kitchen experience
17. A valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
18. An Allergens Awareness Certificate
19. A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
20. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
21. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends where required
