At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com), we are looking for a Sales Administrative to join our Center in Hook. The Centers exemplify Cosentino’s commitment to clients, offering exclusive and high-quality service. They combine functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.
What you will do
As a Sales Administrative, you will support administrative matters in Finance, Sales, and Operations departments at Cosentino. You will work closely with the Administrative team and report directly to the Operations Coordinator.
Main duties:
* Work in a fast-paced environment.
* Receive and process purchase orders.
* Issue sales transaction invoices.
* Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
* Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
* Maintain and update sales and customer records.
* Relay customer feedback to relevant departments.
* Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
What you need to succeed
Background:
* Completed High School plus Professional Training degree. Further education is an advantage.
Experience:
* At least 2 years in a similar role.
Knowledge:
* Basic computing skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
* Strong SAP or other CRM knowledge.
