The Role
As a Principal Process Engineer, you’ll provide leadership in delivering engineering and technical activities through your process, domain knowledge, and experience.
Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving technical issues, compiling reports and presentations, and ensuring compliance with specifications aligned with stakeholder requirements:
* Coaching, mentoring, and assisting team members in their discipline.
* Developing business awareness.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Working independently with limited technical guidance or as part of a small team.
* Serving as a subject matter expert in a specialized area.
This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, with regular travel to Warrington or Bristol, alongside home working arrangements.
Flexible and agile working options may be available, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing. Please inquire during the interview process about alternative work patterns.
Essential Experience
* Managing teams to deliver analysis across various project types.
* Handling a variety of tasks with different complexities.
* Excellent communication skills for interfacing with other disciplines.
* Experience in the nuclear sector is preferred but not essential.
Qualifications
* Degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Chartered Chemical Engineer status.
Security Clearance
