Contract: Part-time (3 days per week) covering maternity
Pay: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Manchester from January 2026. This role is part-time (3 days per week) to cover a maternity leave for around a year.
About the role:
* Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4
* Support GCSE preparation and outcomes
* Work within a supportive MFL department
* Inspire students to develop a love of languages
* QTS/QTLS (or equivalent overseas qualification recognised in the UK)
* Experience teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4
* A strong classroom presence and enthusiasm for languages
* Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willingness to complete free training)
