Responsibilities
1. Work with leaders and teams across functions and sites to develop a good understanding of current policies, processes, metrics, and systems
2. Identify best practices to be adopted into current policies, processes, metrics and systems
3. Design and validate proposed changes
4. Deploy new processes, functionality and analytics, supported with appropriate communication, training, and documentation
5. Measure adoption and adherence, execute interventions to drive increased adoption and adherence where necessary
6. Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes
7. Maintain a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced, working with both business leaders on other transformation leads to reach alignment
8. Collaborate with stakeholders outside of Global Operations to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise, ., with respect to master data governance, and enterprise IT systems
Qualifications
9. 5+ years dynamic experience in consulting and/or manufacturing operations, including working knowledge of one or more specific areas (., direct procurement, material management)
10. Process discovery, design, modelling, and implementation experience
11. Knowledge of SAP capabilities (., SAP ECC, S/4 HANA)
12. Experience designing and deploying SAP-based processes and functionality
13. Knowledge of Celonis Process Mining, Symbio BPM solutions or equivalents a plus
14. Knowledge of PowerBI a plus
15. Experience working in Agile teams based on SCRUM methodology a plus
16. Strong project management skills, experience crafting and executing global projects
17. Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization
18. Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Consistent track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
19. Strong written and verbal communication
20. ASCM / APICS certifications a plus
21. BS Degree in an Engineering, Science or Supply Chain discipline. Master’s Degree preferred
