Are you a proven Sales Advisor looking to hit the ground running on a development in Kennoway in Fife?
We are working in partnership with one of the biggest names in the industry who is looking to appoint a Sales Advisor to work on a stunning development in Fife on a Thursday – Monday working pattern. We are looking for an individual with ambition to achieve and take pride in making a real difference to their customers home buying journey. You will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the process from initial enquiry to property handover.
As Sales Advisor, key responsibilities include:
* Effectively secure sales across the development.
* Arranging and conducting appointments with prospective buyers.
* Manage sales to missive and completion of sale through influencing, persuading and negotiating whilst giving best, professional advice to clients at all times.
* Manage and process all purchaser selections within cut-off date and upsell specification.
* Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are well presented and tend to any issues that may arise, thorough preparation of the sales centre.
* Close liaison with the development site team, reporting problems on site without delay, following reporting procedure as per briefing note and problem solving where required.
* Ensure good liaison with client at all times, keeping them updated on sales as required.
* Liaison with clients’ build, legal and sales departments as required.
* Update CRM system including maintaining records accurately.
* Produce reports to enable targeted prospecting and providing internal/client progress reports as required.
* Maintain accurate sales brochures, price lists, specification lists and displays.
* Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities in a proactive manner.
Skills required to carry out the role:
* Experience of new homes sales including purchaser selections is essential.
* Confident manner and proficient in dealing with applicants and all levels of management.
* Strong ability to influence and negotiate.
* Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships with excellent customer care skills.
* Adaptable and flexible with a proven ability to multi-task, take responsibility and follow through on commitments.
