You'll be reaching out to business owners and senior decision-makers, uncovering their funding needs, and qualifying opportunities for the Broker Team. It's a fast-paced, target-driven environment with genuine progression opportunities into a Broker or Business Development Manager role.

Key Responsibilities
Make around 100 outbound calls daily to business owners and senior decision-makers
Build rapport quickly, identify funding requirements, and assess suitability for finance products
Qualify opportunities and hand over high-quality leads to the Broker Team
Maintain accurate and detailed records of activity in the CRM system
Develop strong product knowledge across business finance, asset finance, and working capital solutions
Consistently achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets
Skills & Experience
1?2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or telesales
Confident and professional communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Target-driven, motivated by performance and financial rewards
Keen to progress into a career within business or commercial finance
